We ship anywhere! We ship samples and small orders via USPS, UPS and/or Fedex. In the US, most orders over 25 sq ft are shipped via LTL common carriers, with curb side lift gate delivery. CURRENT LEAD TIME IS 3 WEEKS OUT, if you need your product sooner please check with us on current stock, if in stock we can ship productswithin 24 hours. For orders over 1000 sq.ft., you can contact us regarding our stock and production schedule.

Yes, we ship to Canada, the Caribbean and everywhere else. Please contact us for a freight quote to your corner of the world. RETURN POLICY We are dealers in used reclaimed building materials. We cannot warrant that our products are suitable for any particular structural use. All of our brick and tiles are unique. Chipped corners, mortar, and other irregularities are inherent characteristics of antique brick. Each lot will vary in color and other properties. We will accept returns on stock items only within 10 days of the customers receipt of product, on goods still in their packaging, as originally packed. Stock items include V-01, VC-01, BF-01 and HP-01 brick tiles only. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been picked through and sorted. We do not accept returns on custom cut products, which include V-02, V-03, V-05, SP-01, SPF-01, HP-02, HP-03, HP-05 and any other tiles. We do not accept returns on any products once a release of lien waiver has been provided.    All return freight must be paid for by the buyer. Additionally. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all tile products.
