Shipping

All products are processed for shipment within 2 business days of when the order is placed. We use a variety of shipping methods to get you your product in the most efficient manner, Including common carrier van service, flatbeds, intermodal containers and rail Our tile products are generally shipped via LTL common carrier, lift gate service is available, curbside delivery. If possible, shipping costs are calculated during order processing prior to your completing the checkout process. For truckload rates, we may have check quotes from our carriers before we can provide a firm rate.

Returns

We are dealers in used reclaimed building materials. We cannot warrant that our products are suitable for any particular structural use. All of our brick are unique. Chipped corners, mortar, and other irregularities are inherent characteristics of antique brick. Each lot will vary in color and other properties. We will accept returns only within 10 days of the custumers receipt of product, on goods still in their packaging, as originally packed. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been picked through and sorted. We do not accept returns on custom cut products. All return freight must be paid for by the buyer. Additionally.
