We are dealers in used reclaimed building materials.  We cannot warrant that our products are suitable for any particular structural use.   All of our brick and tiles are unique.  Chipped corners, mortar, and other irregularities are inherent characteristics of antique brick. Each lot will vary in color and other properties.   We will accept returns on stock items only within 10 days of the custumers receipt of product, on goods still in their packaging, as originally packed. Stock items include B-01, V-01, VC-091, BF-01 and HP-01 brick tiles only. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been picked through and sorted. We do not accept returns on custom cut products, which include V-02, V-03, V-05, SP-01, SPF-01, HP-02, HP-03, HP-05 and any other tiles. All return freight must be paid for by the buyer.  Additionally. We charge a  15% restocking fee on all tile product.
